Vans - Footwear Designer, Color & Trend

Promoted to senior-level position. Design and art direction for the Vans Skateboarding, Snow, Classics, and MTE (Outdoor Footwear) categories. Managing the in-house design team and high profile external collaborators to execute unique and engaging graphics, experimental designs, and materializations. Pioneering the Vans Skateboarding rebrand with the team. Working alongside other design leads, as well as the merchandising and development teams, to conceptualize, design, curate, and deliver seasonal and SMU footwear product. Creating and maintaining digital asset management systems. Working closely with 3D to develop and beta test immersive, streamlined 3D design platforms for the C/T and Development teams.
